Payerbach, December 4th, 2015: Following the enlargement of existing business fields Energetic and Pilates, Entrepreneur and Chef Alexander Hauser is now offering culinary delights to match the house specialty beers each Friday from 17:30 to 23:00 at Rax Bräu, Payerbach.
During the Pre-Opening Session on December 4th, 2015, he offered a small group of clients a mix of regional and Russian cuisine, such as Salad Olivier with hand-whipped mayonnaise, Piroshky with cabbage or meat filling, and Herring salad with beetroot and borscht.
For the individual dishes exclusively products from the region are used. The delicacies perfectly fit with the house specialty beers of Rax Bräu. Despite produced exclusively in-house production dishes, prices correspond to regional conditions.
