During the Pre-Opening Session on December 4th, 2015, he offered a small group of clients a mix of regional and Russian cuisine, such as Salad Olivier with hand-whipped mayonnaise, Piroshky with cabbage or meat filling, and Herring salad with beetroot and borscht.

For the individual dishes exclusively products from the region are used. The delicacies perfectly fit with the house specialty beers of Rax Bräu. Despite produced exclusively in-house production dishes, prices correspond to regional conditions.

The company which has been founded in 2014 additionally operates from its Vienna office providing energetic therapies and Pilates Training, as well as from its location at Rax Bräu Gerhofer in Payerbach/Lower Austria operating restaurant and event location at the local brewery. Besides providing energetic therapies and Pilates Training the company is also engaged in organic food performing respective events. Moreover in the future it is foreseen to grow fresh vegetables and fruits at its location at Kronichhof in Edlach.

Thus Mr. Hauser uses organic saffron when cooking at Rax Bräu for instance.
